Physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, kinesiology

A clinic website that handles booking, reminders and follow-ups

A clinic website for physiotherapy, chiropractic or osteopathy should let a patient find the right practitioner and book without waiting for the front desk to call back. At opening, the line is busy, the receptionist is checking people in, and a new patient with a sprained ankle calls the next clinic instead. With Complete management, online booking, reminders and follow-ups run on their own, and each practitioner has their own login. Our live demos show the booking flow, including choosing a person.

What eats up your time

A busy line at opening

Between 8 and 9 a.m., everyone calls at once: new patients, reschedules, insurance questions. The front desk can’t greet people and answer the phone at the same time.

Patients who drop off mid-treatment

After 3 sessions the pain eases and the patient doesn’t rebook. Nobody has time to follow up, and the treatment plan stays half done.

Many practitioners, many schedules

A full-time physio, an osteopath 2 days a week, a kinesiologist in the evenings: keeping all of that current by hand invites mistakes.

What your website does for you

Online booking for your clinic

Patients pick the session type (assessment, treatment, follow-up) and a time in each practitioner’s open slots. Assessments can run longer.

A schedule and a login per practitioner

Each professional sees their own schedule, synced with Google Calendar if they like. The front desk sees the whole clinic; logins stay separate.

Automatic reminders and follow-ups

A text 24 hours before each session. A follow-up email to patients who haven’t rebooked after a delay you choose.

Emails sorted by patient

Incoming emails land in the patient’s record and the front desk replies right from the admin. No more digging through a shared inbox.

Google review requests after visits

An automatic email or text invites patients to leave a review. For a local clinic, reviews weigh heavily in Google search.

Dashboard and stats

Today’s bookings, new requests, follow-ups to do, where patients come from. See at a glance which service or practitioner is fully booked.

A day with the system

A Monday at the physio clinic

Sunday night, a patient with knee pain books a 60-minute assessment with the physiotherapist for Monday at 10 and gets a confirmation. Monday, 7:50 a.m., the receptionist opens the dashboard: 2 new assessments, 1 reschedule done online over the weekend, 3 follow-ups to watch. The phone is quieter at opening because some patients already booked. At noon, the system sends a follow-up to a patient who hasn’t rebooked in 3 weeks. At day’s end, patients seen today get an invitation to leave a Google review. Clinical notes stay in the clinic’s own records software.

Recommended package

Complete management

$5,999

plus taxes, paid once · Typical timeline : 2 to 4 weeks

Complete management, at $5,999 (plus taxes, paid once) matches how a multi-practitioner clinic works: everything in Booking, plus automatic follow-ups, emails sorted by patient, Google review requests, stats and separate logins. Typical timeline: 2 to 4 weeks. A single-practitioner clinic can start with the Booking package at $3,299. To be clear, this is not a medical records system. Clinical notes and treatment files stay in your specialized software; the site handles bookings and communication with basic personal information only (name, contact details, general reason for the visit). Frequently asked questions

How much does a physiotherapy clinic website cost?

A site with online booking is $3,299 and Complete management, with follow-ups, Google reviews and separate logins, is $5,999, plus taxes, paid once. Texts are billed at cost. There is no required subscription.

Does it replace our clinical records software?

No. The site does not keep medical records and does not replace software built for health professionals. It handles booking, reminders and communication. Connecting it to your records software would be a custom project, assessed case by case.

What patient information does the site collect?

Only what’s needed to book and confirm: name, email, phone and a general reason for the visit. We keep health details out of the forms. Quebec’s Law 25 requires you to protect this information and name a person in charge; we cover it on the discovery call.

Can patients choose their practitioner?

Yes. Each physio, chiropractor, osteopath or kinesiologist has their own schedule and session types. Patients pick a specific person or the first opening.

Can we start small and add features later?

Yes. A clinic can start with the Booking package and move to Complete management as the team grows. Request a quote: it’s written, fixed-price, within 48 hours.

Shall we take a look together?

Free 20-minute discovery call. You then get a written, fixed-price quote within 48 hours.
