General contractors, renovation, roofing, landscaping

A contractor website that keeps every quote moving

A contractor website for renovation or construction has to do more than show nice photos: it has to turn a request into a site visit, the visit into a quote and the quote into a signed job. Between jobs, requests come in by text, email and Messenger, and quotes go unanswered because nobody had time to follow up. With Complete management, everything lives in one place, from the first request to the Google review at the end of the job. Our live demos include a trades site with photo requests and a before/after gallery.

What eats up your time

Quotes lost across 3 inboxes

One request by email, one by text, one on Facebook. On Sunday night you try to remember who was waiting on a roofing quote.

Estimate visits booked by phone tag

5 calls to find a time that works for both of you. Meanwhile, another contractor has already been by to look at the basement.

Silence after the quote

You spent 2 hours on a kitchen quote, then nothing. Without a follow-up, some customers simply go with whoever called them back.

What your website does for you

Estimate visits booked online

Customers pick a slot you open for visits, by project type. They get a confirmation and a text reminder 24 hours before.

PDF quotes sent from the admin

Build the quote in the admin and send it as a branded PDF. It stays attached to the customer’s record with the date it was sent.

Automatic follow-ups

If the customer doesn’t answer within the delay you choose, a follow-up email goes out on its own. No more quotes dying from neglect.

Emails sorted by customer

Every exchange lands in the customer’s record, along with photos, the visit and the quote. Your assistant or estimator sees the same file you do.

Google review requests at job’s end

When the work is done, the customer gets an invitation to leave a review. In renovation, recent reviews weigh heavily when people choose.

Project gallery and RBQ licence on display

Before/after photos by project type (kitchens, roofing, landscaping) that you add yourself, and your RBQ licence number visible on every page.

A day with the system

A renovation week, properly followed up

Monday evening, a couple in Lévis fills in the site’s request form for a kitchen, with 3 photos and a rough budget, then books an estimate visit for Thursday at 5 p.m. in the slots you opened. Wednesday, they get the text reminder. Thursday you visit; Friday morning, the PDF quote goes out from the admin and attaches to their record. The next Tuesday, with no reply, a follow-up email goes out automatically. They answer that evening with a question about countertops, and the exchange lands in the same file. Your dashboard shows 4 quotes pending and 2 follow-ups due this week. In the spring, once the kitchen is done, they get the Google review request.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a contractor website cost?

A showcase site is $1,499 and Complete management, with PDF quotes, follow-ups and Google reviews, is $5,999, plus taxes, paid once. You own the site, the domain and the data. The Peace of Mind plan at $49 a month is optional.

Can I send quotes directly from the site?

Yes, with Complete management. You build the quote in the admin, it goes to the customer as a PDF and stays in their record. Follow-ups then go out on the schedule you choose.

How do I display my RBQ licence?

We put it in the footer of every page and on the Contact page, next to the legal business name. Customers can check it in the RBQ public registry. For the rules that apply to your advertising, the RBQ remains the reference.

Does this work for landscapers or roofers?

Yes. The flow is the same: request with photos, visit, quote, follow-up, review. For seasonal trades, requests that come in over the winter for spring work stay organized instead of getting lost.

Can my team have access?

Yes, Complete management includes separate logins for your staff. Your estimator sees visits and quotes without needing your password. Request a quote to talk it through.

Shall we take a look together?

Free 20-minute discovery call. You then get a written, fixed-price quote within 48 hours.
